How to Book Your Rack

Click the ‘Book Now button to bring you to the ‘Log in’ screen for Zellr.

If you are new to us (even if you have a Zellr login for a different store) please select ‘Register an account.

 

Registration   

Fill out your information as per below and read the Terms and Conditions.

(Username must be your email address)

Now that your registration is complete you can login and start booking your rack.

Once you have entered Zellr it will ask you to read and agree to the terms of service for the Zellr software.

You can then select ‘Make a new reservation’ and select the starting date and rental period (1 or 2 weeks)

You can make your selection from the Timetable or from the map. Everything in green is available and grey is not available.

Once you click on the day you would like to start your booking, a prompt will come up as below.  You then click on the ‘Make a normal reservation’

It will then show you a summary of your booking, ask you to read ‘terms of service’ (Which are our Terms and Conditions) which you must read and tick the box saying you agree. (Additionally you may be asked to sign a hard copy for our records in store upon commencement of rental)

Select ‘Make the Reservation

To price your items select ‘Product pricing’ from the left menu bar and then ‘Create a new product sheet’.

It will then add a product sheet to the screen ready for you to edit by selecting the blue edit button.

Once your pricing sheet has opened, select your rack number from the drop-down menu and type in a description of the item including the size and price.

E.g. Black Witchery dress with white belt.    Size 14     $15

Once you have finished itemising all your items, you MUST press ‘Save’ at the bottom before you leave the page otherwise you will lose everything.

Once you have finished and saved your product sheet, you can go back to the ‘Product Pricing’ tab on the left and return to the following screen showing your product sheets.  From here you will need to ‘mark as done’ by either selecting the green tick or ‘mark as done’ from the drop-down menu:

It will then say ‘Pricing done’ and in the drop-down menu the ‘Print’ button will become active.

 

Select ‘print’, follow the prompts, and you can then print your barcode sheets ready to be cut out and attached to your items.

If you don’t have a printer at home, you can download the file and print it elsewhere or we can do it for you instore.

Each sheet holds 24 items as that is all that will fit on an A4 sheet of paper. Once you have finished entering your 24 items and have saved them you will need to create another new product sheet following exactly the same steps as above. You just continue to create product sheets until you have listed all your items.
